T- Shirt Warranty T&Cs

• Damaged or torn side, shoulder, back, placket, hip, or collar seams - if the damage is not self-inflicted/induced and occurs during normal wearing of the garment, Paganus will either (A) reimburse the tailoring cost via a gift card or partial refund (with valid proof of receipt), or, if the tearing is deemed to be substantial by Paganus, (B) replace the entire garment.
• Tears or holes in fabric - if the damage is not self-inflicted/induced, occurs during normal wearing of the garment, and cannot be repaired, Paganus will replace the entire garment.

The Warranty does NOT cover the following:

• Fabric stains that are self-inflicted (i.e. red wine, "ring around the collar" & armpit sweat stains, etc)
• Fabric holes or burns that are self-inflicted (i.e. cigarette marks, cuts or nicks)
  
• Fabric shrinkage / damage from laundering processes that do NOT follow the care instructions clearly shown on the garment product page of this website.
• Colour changes or bleaching from not following the care instructions clearly shown on the garment product page of this website.
• Inappropriate fit of garment from evolving fit preferences or body weight fluctuations.
• Occasional or partial de-threading of embroidery
