As of 13th October 2025 we have sold 18% of PB equity to 3rd party investors. The remaining 31% will be sold at a price that represents value to our original investors.

As a young and quickly growing company we want to give people the opportunity to share in our success. We are prepared to sell up to 49% of the company as we grow into a well known UK brand. Minimum share purchase 1 percent per investor.

Shareholders will be given a lifetime 25% discount, free invitation to company events & the annual SAGM dinner.
