Shipping policy

UK Shipping is with DPD next day. First orders shipped free of charge. Standard UK shipping charge is £3.95.

Free shipping to non discounted orders to Switzerland.

International orders shipped at the standard UK shipping charge including US, Canada & India (Non discounted orders only)

We deliver all UK orders within 2 to 3 working days. 

We ship free of charge for non discounted orders above £50 to mainland UK.

When your order is despatched you will receive e-mail notification of tracking information via our delivery partner's website.  Our delivery partners will pre-advise by text of a 1 hour delivery window with options to leave safe or with a neighbour.

If you are not at the delivery address when the delivery arrives it will be left in a safe place unless you tell us otherwise. The delivery agent will take a photo of the item left in a safe place. We do not accept claims for loss or theft of products left in a safe place on your property.

For orders below £50, we ship every day for £3.95 delivery within 1 to 3 working days using DPD. If you include your mobile number when checking out, our delivery partners will send pre-alerts for when your delivery will arrive and further delivery options. (Mainland UK only).

Ireland, Highlands & Islands may require additional shipping costs to our standard £3.95.
